These terms cover this website, its free tools, and the early-access waitlist. Terms for the Wapflow product itself ship with public launch, before anything is billed.

Early access and pricing

Wapflow is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your place in the rollout order; it does not create a subscription, a payment obligation, or a guarantee of access by a particular date. Prices and plan limits shown on this site are provisional and may change before launch. What will not change: Meta's per-message fees pass through at cost, and plans do not charge per seat.

Free tools

The pricing calculator, link generator, and QR code generator are provided free, as-is, and run in your browser. Rate figures come from Meta's published rate card and can lag Meta's changes; verify against Meta's documentation before making business decisions. You are responsible for how you use generated links and QR codes, including compliance with WhatsApp's policies and applicable messaging laws.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to breach or probe infrastructure, no using the tools to facilitate spam or unlawful messaging.

Intellectual property

The Wapflow name, logo, and site content belong to Wapflow. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Wapflow is an independent product built on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Meta or WhatsApp. Competitor names appearing in comparisons are trademarks of their respective owners; comparisons are dated and sourced.

No warranties; limitation of liability

This website and its tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wapflow is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site, and total liability related to the site is limited to the amount you paid to use it — which, today, is nothing.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
