This policy covers this website. The short version: we collect your email if you join the waitlist, anonymous usage analytics, and nothing else. We never sell your data.
What we collect
- Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, via our form provider.
- Usage analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free, and Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand which pages are read and how the site performs. We use both for aggregate traffic measurement, not for advertising or cross-site profiles.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard, short-lived request logs for operating the site.
The free tools on this site (the pricing calculator, link generator, and QR code generator) run entirely in your browser. Phone numbers and messages you type into them are never sent to our servers.
How we use it
Your waitlist email is used for exactly two things: inviting you to early access, in order, and occasional product updates while you wait. No sale of data, no sharing with advertisers, no unrelated marketing.
Removal and your rights
Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with and we will delete it from the waitlist. You can also ask what we hold about you (it will be that one email address) at any time.
The product itself
The Wapflow product — the CRM that handles your customer conversations — is in early access. It has its own data promises, built in from the start: every workspace is isolated at the database level, and no workspace can ever read another's data. A full product privacy policy and data processing terms ship with public launch.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes affecting waitlist emails will be announced to the waitlist directly.
