Do you mark up Meta’s message fees?
No. Meta charges per-message fees for WhatsApp Business, and Wapflow passes them through at cost. Your plan covers the platform, nothing else. The rates you pay are Meta’s own: in India, a marketing template costs $0.0118 and a utility message $0.0014. Some platforms bill from their own rate card instead — Wati’s India marketing rate is $0.01888 against Meta’s $0.0118.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited teammates. Plans scale with the volume you send, not the size of your team. That matters in a shared inbox: seat-capped tools charge for growth — AiSensy adds ₹750 ($20) a month per seat past five, Wati $24 to $69 per extra user. On Wapflow, your tenth teammate costs the same as your first: nothing.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, and it is a straight two months free: pay for ten months, get twelve. Starter is ₹19,000 a year against ₹22,800 paid monthly, Growth ₹49,000 against ₹58,800, and Scale ₹99,000 against ₹118,800. Monthly billing stays month-to-month with no lock-in, and you can switch between the two at any time.
What happens when I hit my monthly message quota?
A broadcast that would exceed your plan is blocked before it starts, never stopped halfway through. Upgrade and rerun it, or wait for the monthly reset. Either way, no audience gets half a campaign. The steps between plans are wide: Starter covers 10,000 messages a month, Growth 50,000, and Scale 250,000, so a single upgrade usually buys real headroom.
What happens when my AI actions run out?
The agent pauses silently and conversations route to your team inbox. You get threshold warnings before it happens and a notice when it does. Customers never see an error — from their side, a human simply answers instead of the AI. Quotas scale with the plan: Free includes 100 AI actions a month, Starter 1,000, Growth 5,000, and Scale 25,000. One-time top-up packs add more mid-month, starting at ₹1,000 for 1,000 actions.
