About Wapflow.

Wapflow is a complete WhatsApp CRM: AI agents that answer customers, a shared team inbox, a sales pipeline, broadcast campaigns, and no-code automations — all on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. It is an independent product, not affiliated with or operated by Meta or WhatsApp.

Why it exists

Most small teams run sales and support out of WhatsApp Web on one phone: messages get missed, nobody knows who replied, and campaigns go out through unofficial tools that put the number at risk. Wapflow puts the whole conversation — AI first response, human handoff, pipeline, campaigns — in one place, on the official API, with no risk of your number being banned.

Who builds it

Wapflow is built by Sinnoor, a software engineer. It started as infrastructure, not a landing page: the database rules that make sure no send is ever lost or duplicated, and no workspace can ever read another workspace's data, were written before this website was.

The rules we build by

• No lost sends. Every message is queued durably; runs resume even if a server restarts.
• No crossed workspaces. Each workspace is isolated at the database level. Your data is yours.
• No surprise bills. Meta's per-message fees pass through at cost, with zero markup, and every plan includes unlimited teammates.
• Official API only. No browser hacks, no unofficial wrappers, and the 24-hour customer service window is enforced automatically.
