Do you mark up Meta’s message fees?
No. Meta charges per-message fees for WhatsApp Business, and Wapflow passes them through at cost. Your plan covers the platform, nothing else.
Do you charge per seat?
No. Every plan, including Free, has unlimited teammates. Plans scale with the volume you send, not the size of your team.
What happens when I hit my monthly message quota?
A broadcast that would exceed your plan is blocked before it starts, never stopped halfway through. Upgrade and rerun it, or wait for the monthly reset.
What happens when my AI actions run out?
The agent pauses silently and conversations route to your team inbox. You get threshold warnings before it happens and a notice when it does. Customers never see an error.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes 1,000 messages and 100 AI actions per month with a live WhatsApp number and unlimited teammates.
