Does Wapflow work with Shopify?

Through custom tools, yes. Connect your Shopify, WooCommerce, or any store API as a tool, and the AI agent answers order questions from your own systems. There is no native Shopify app yet.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You can move your existing WhatsApp Business number to the official API, or start with a fresh number. Either way it runs on the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API.

We are a two-person brand. Is this too much tool?

Is WhatsApp marketing allowed?
